Synopsis:
temporary warmth is Ringoet’s third work in English, its poems drift between memory and motion, capturing fleeting moments with dreamlike clarity. The verses explore the quiet intimacy and emotional depth of everyday life, from the sense of sheltering warmth to the haunting fear of absence. Disarming, introspective and subtly rebellious, this collection offers a powerful meditation on the compelling contradictions of the human experience.
