Summary:

'The history of my sexuality goes like this: I was always looking for someone who would close the doors and windows, who would say: now it's alright. More concretely, I was first attracted to men and then to women, always to women of course, to Muriel the red-haired tutor with the long legs, who wasn't I attracted to, but I kept my eyes or something else very crucial unopened. That doesn't really matter much anyway.'

The History of My Sexuality is the razor-sharp and unconventional debut novel by Tobi Lakmaker, once declared a muse and later a lesbian fundamentalist. An essential work, boldly written. About the genius Tobi Lakmaker is, was, or should have been.
